1. Data controller

The Data Controller is ÉCLAT DES FLEURS SRL, with registered office in Corso di Francia 175, Rome (RM), VAT number 17602591004, email: info@eclatdesfleurs.com.

2. Types of data collected

While browsing the www.eclatdesfleurs.com website, the following personal data may be collected:

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and in any case no longer than:

  • 24 months for marketing or newsletter purposes;

  • 12 months for contact requests;

  • for longer periods only in case of legal obligations or disputes.

7. Communication and dissemination of data

The data may be disclosed to third parties who provide technical or organizational services (e.g., hosting providers, email managers, communications agencies), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
The data will not be publicly disclosed or transferred outside the European Economic Area, except through the use of platforms that guarantee adequate security standards compliant with the GDPR (e.g., Google, Meta).

8. Rights of the interested party

The user may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including:

  • right to access your data;

  • right to rectification or erasure;

  • right to limit or object to processing;

  • right to data portability;

  • right to withdraw consent at any time;

  • right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
